Head of a bearded man with proruding ears, left ear has detailed carving, the right ear is plain. Has an open mouth showing through and with teeth, and strong eyebrows. Wearing a crown of two lizards with heads pointing down, tails up and connected, as are their close limbs. Carved through in places to show light behind. Back is just carved out and not to be seen.
